Salary: £84,000 – £108,000 per year

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to lead the laboratory and cleanroom specialist function within this leading design and build fit out contractor.

Working alongside a global team of workplace strategists, interior designers, sustainability experts and fit out / refurbishment specialists, the Contracts Manager will act as the laboratory and cleanroom specialist in support of the continual expansion into the life sciences workplace design and build sector.

Contracts Manager (Life Sciences) – key responsibilities and duties:

* Ability to interpret client requirements and convert briefs into laboratory / cleanroom designs

* Ability to engage with scientists and various other life science professionals, guiding on design, furniture, good laboratory practice (GLP) and good manufacturing practice (GMP)

* Lead on the production of pitch documents for presentations and act as a coordinator between the pitch team to ensure all documents are coherent and completed to deadlines

Contracts Manager – qualifications, skills and expertise:

* Comprehensive experience of working in the life sciences sector

* Experience of working on laboratory / cleanroom projects

* Genuine interest in laboratory installation and design

* Deep understanding of the various types of laboratory and associated regulations

* Ability to engage with people involved in the world of life sciences

* Ability to act as a life sciences and laboratories thought leader

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
