Overview

A well known and highly successful M&E Contractor are looking for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their Project Delivery team. The ideal candidate will be contracts/project manager and be able to run projects up to the value of around £5m.

They work within a range of sectors including commercial and also residential. Projects are within both challenging and dynamic environments.

The ideal candidate will come from a mechanical background and have varied experience within the industry and is ambitious looking for progression.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Run projects from inception through to completion
• Deliver projects on time and on budget up to the value of £5m
• Attend meetings with clients and senior management
• Manage Health & Safety
• Manage commercial side of the project
