Salary: £26,000 – £360,000 per year
We have an outstanding opportunity for a Contracts Manager to work for a small family run Sub Contractor.
This Contracts Manager role will be to effectively manage a team of 3 Project Managers, 2 Project Coordinators and a Commercial Assistant, and oversee a number of projects which will vary from £300,000 to £2m.
This is an office based role in Kings Langley and the ideal candidate will lives within a reasonable commute from the office.
Experience in the construction industry is a must, but open on the sector.
