Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year
Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Construction Manager for their large residential development in South-East London.
The site is a long-term regeneration scheme that will run into circa 2030.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full phase from groundworks to completion reporting into the Project Director. The phase consists of around 330 units.
In order to be considered you must have a minimum of 5 years experience at a leading developer or main contractor.
You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role. Start date is immediately.
