With over 40 years perfecting their art, this cutting-edge D&B Fit Out Contractor goes from strength to strength. Whilst we are currently recruiting for a number of people on their behalf, we have a particularly pressing need for high calibre Construction Managers to join their London based team.
The Construction Managers will need to demonstrate comprehensive experience and a proven background of working on commercial office projects with an exemplary record of efficient and effective delivery.
Construction Manager – role and responsibilities:
* Report directly to the Construction Director
* Programme and Cost Management
* Reporting to clients and landlord
* Organise and effectively control sites including all necessary health and safety and CDM requirements
* Complete defect free projects
* Ensure complete client satisfaction on all contracts
* Produce and issue project reports and manage client meetings
Construction Manager – qualifications, skills and experience:
* Proven experience in a Construction Manager capacity within a main contractor environment
* Ability to clearly display aptitude to deliver projects, with quality always at the forefront of the mind
* Strong awareness and active promotion of health and safety
* Ability to delegate and manage various trades on site
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
