Are you a Construction Manager with experience working on residential new builds?
A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER IS URGENTLY REQUIRED TO WORK FOR A LEADING HOUSE BUILDER

My clients are a leading developer that has been a trusted builder since the early 1970’s; they have built a reputation for quality in everything they do. They provide Award Winning homes and are seeking a competent Area Construction Manager.
Successful applicants will be reporting to the Contracts Director from the conception to the completion of the projects and making sure that all health and safety procedures are strictly adhered to. You will be responsible for effectively managing the Area Construction function to ensure best practices are followed.
You will be a dynamic, motivated individual with strong motivational skills. You will have previous experience in managing multiple new build projects. SMSTS and CSCS training/accreditation is a must. You will have ideally made your way into Site Management through a trade background.
