Salary: £28.8 – £33.6 per hour
Are you a RICS Registered Valuer open to temporary/contract work in Commercial & Residential Valuations in London?
A Temporary RICS Registered Valuation Surveyor is required for the Professional Services division of a niche Surveying Practice in West London. This vacancy is an immediate requirement due to my client winning several new contracts recently.
The firm are well-established in all areas of General Practice and there is a strong possibility that for the right candidate, the role will become permanent.
As a Valuation Surveyor, you will be responsible for undertaking valuations for a wide variety of clients in respect of funds, banks and private clients for accounts, loan security and acquisition purposes. Additionally, you will be involved in residential leasehold reform/lease advisory work on both the residential and commercial side.
You will be:
MRICS qualified
RICS Registered Valuer
Minimum 3 years in undertaking red book valuations
Knowledge of centrel London commercial property market
Knowledge of Argus Developer and Investor packages
Ideally have knowledge of the Leasehold Reform Act and undertaking lease advisory work for a variety of clients and purposes.
