Salary: £54,000 – £78,000 per year

We are scouring London to find a number of qualified Commercial Managers / Quantity Surveyors – both Intermediate and Senior – to join arguably London’s biggest D&B Fit Out Contractor.

Located in an unbelievable office just a stone’s throw from The Shard, Borough Market and the River, the Quantity Surveyors / Commercial Managers will instantly feel at home as they get up to speed with the fast-paced nature of their business.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Quantity Surveyors will manage the commercial aspect of projects from procurement to final accounts stage, ensuring projects stay within budget and are continuously monitored and reported to the highest standard, to ensure commercial excellence is met across multiple sites mainly across London and the South East.

Projects will involve working closely with an “in house” subcontractor, with packages including full fit out/ Dry Wall / Decorations / Flooring and M&E Packages.

People applying for these roles need to be passionate and engaging individuals who promote positive culture and behaviours whilst commercially managing projects to the highest standard.

Applicants will need to demonstrate at least 1 year post-graduate experience with a QS degree or equivalent commercial qualification.

Positions are full time and permanent – 100% office / site based.
