Salary: £90,000 – £120,000 per year
We have a rarely available opportunity for a Commercial Manager to work for a high end bespoke developer in West Sussex.
Development will be a mix of new build residential in exclusive areas as well as conservation and restoration projects both as development and for private clients.
These unique projects have an incredibly high end bespoke finish and give the opportunity to work on interesting and individual development.
The ideal candidate will have worked at a high end standard previously either for a large national builder as well as more bespoke builders.
Working for a smaller family run business you will play an integral role within the business and be able to lend a hand in other areas as and when needed.
