Aylin White have been tasked by one of our leading clients to provide them with an experience M&E Commercial Lead for a £40m M&E value infrastructure project in West London. Our client is a £2bn turnover company with over 25 years of experience in new build, refurb and fit out who have a reputation for working with some of the most prestigious clients on major landmark projects.
They are looking for a M&E Commercial Manager/ Commercial Lead who is looking to work in a collaborative environment for a £40m M&E value infrastructure project based in West London.
The client would prefer an experience M&E Commercial Lead who has worked on infrastructure projects but not essential. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable working on projects with M&E values of £25m and over.
The main responsibilities and experience for the M&E Commercial Lead will be:
* Looking after the refurbishment and upgrade of a pedestrian tunnel, £40m of M&E.
* Liaising with subcontractors
* Must have delivered a project under an NEC form of contract.
* Must have led projects or packages with M&E values of £25m plus
In return our client is looking to offer the M&E Commercial Lead:
* Basic salary of up to £90,000 – £102,000(dependant on experience)
* £6k car allowance
* Fully paid travel
* Healthcare
* Pension
