Salary: £96,000 – £108,000 per year
PSR is working with a key client to recruit a Commercial Manager in the Yorkshire region. The company undertakes high profile construction projects as a principal contractor. Having secured a number of significant schemes this year. There is a pipeline of work that extends over a number of years on a combination of frameworks and competitively tendered schemes. We have been asked to source a Commercial Manager to oversee two major schemes. You will be supported by a Commercial Lead on each project and the appropriate Quantity Surveyor resource.
Duties Include:
- Drive commercial strategies
- Supply chain strategy and engagement
- Commercial reporting and forecasting
- Pre-construction engagement
- People development
- Customer engagement
- Cost forecasting, reporting and Final Accounts
- Internal liaison
Salary & Package
The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on an individuals experience. Candidates whom have undertaken a similar role previously, with an equivalent contractor should be able to achieve the higher end of the salary bracket
