My client is a specialist civil and structural engineering company; experienced in the design of steel and reinforced concrete support structures. Involved in projects ranging from new build to modifications of existing sites from concept to completion.

Currently seeking skilled Engineers and Technicians to join their team in Derby.

CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEERS:

Design of steel and concrete structures to BSEN1990-1999, working with current National Design Standards and Client Specifications. Production of accurate and detailed calculations utilising TEDDS software. Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers, stakeholders and third parties to ensure successful project delivery.

* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification

* Ability to use/learn design software packages including TSD, TEDD, connection design software

* Interaction use of 2D and 3D CAD packages

CAD TECHNICIANS:

Using the latest 2D & 3D software available to produce accurate, high quality drawings for structural and civil build assets.

* 5 years + experience in the construction industry as a CAD Technician

* Ability to draw and detail structural steel

* Ability to draw and detail reinforced concrete including producing bar bending schedules

* Able to produce overall site plans, sections and elevations

* Is an advanced user of AutoCAD 2D software and can produce high quality, accurate drawings

* Is an advanced or intermediate user of Revit

* Has experience using Civil 3D (preferred but not essential)

* Has working knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations
