Care Team Leader – Care Home – Maidstone area

We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader – Nights, to join a busy care home located on the outskirts of Maidstone. This pivitol role is necessary to the successful management and care delivery within the home.

You will work closely with the management in planning and delivery a high quality care and support service to the residents. As well as providing care. you will also co-ordinate and supervise the work of a team of care assistants.
