Calling all Business Development Managers for a long standing company based in the heart of Brighton. This is a target driven environment and will require someone that would like to see financial rewards for their hard work. Proven sales experience is a must. You will be responsible for the on boarding of new clients through telephone sales, cold calling, emails and research. Your day to day duties will include sales, lead generation, administration, customer service and digital marketing so the right candidate must be able to demonstrate these strengths.
Main Responsibilities:
• Working with employers to develop suitable and sustainable business opportunities
• Continuous business development activities through research, telephone sales and emails
• Responsible for managing and maximising relationships with existing clients
• Support the company sales strategy
• Record all employer details on to our in house CRM system
• Provide reporting figures on all recruitment targets and sales pipeline
Skills:
• Experience of working in a sales role e.g. telesales or recruitment
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Excellent phone manner and administrative skills
