Our client is a friendly medium-sized architectural practice based in central London who have expertise in designing for the healthcare and commercial sectors. They take great pride on maintaining close client contact at Partner level throughout all stages of their projects and they have established long-term relationships with numerous clients in all of their sectors. Alongside this, their associates, architects and architectural assistants provide a terrific skill base that delivers high quality design solutions for projects that typically range from £1 million – £8 million.

They now have a great opportunity for a BIM Coordinator/Trainer to join them in a strategic position and establish standard methods and protocols that will be implemented throughout their office. You will also be required to train and mentor staff in Building Information Modelling and Revit and will ideally be architecturally qualified and currently working as a BIM Coordinator or Manager. Excellent communication skills are essential and naturally you will require an exemplary use of Autocad, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 Glue.
