Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year
Due to the continued success of this well-established Multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultancy, we are looking for an experienced BIM/ Revit MEP Technician to join their BIM team in their London office.

* A well-established, award winning, global, Multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultancy who specialise in a range of projects including mission critical data centres, hotels, and large-scale commercial developments,
* A very successful and well-established Consultancy who are at the forefront of BIM and boast some of the leading player sin the field within their ranks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* The Revit MEP/ BIM Technician will be responsible for BIM and CAD coordination and daily management of project data sets/ workflows.
* The Senior BIM Coordinator will be leading projects, meetings, and design reviews.
* Delivering full BIM coordination including usage of BIM360 and Clash Detection features.
* The BIM/ Revit MEP Technician will be implementing 3D coordination with the Design Team, and train and mentor Engineers and Junior Technicians in the use of Revit MEP.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
* Qualified to HNC/HND level (or equivalent) in BIM or building services engineering.
* The MEP BIM Technician will possess strong practical experience of using Revit MEP in a similar building-based role.
* Good understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements on projects and working knowledge of reviewing and commenting on BIM Execution Plans (BEP’s)
* Will possess an excellent understanding of relevant software packages including Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
* The Senior BIM Technician will have previous experience of leading projects, meetings and design reviews.
* Experience of Dynamo, Grasshopper and BIM 360 would be beneficial but are not essential.
