Assistant Party Wall Surveyor

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Independent Surveyors in West London are currently seeking a Graduate or similar academic ability who can assist and work with the director and other staff in developing the company’s party wall department.

Suitable candidates are expected to have:-

• Completed a Degree in Building Surveying or a Surveying related qualification.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have a dynamic and personable nature and personal drive and self-motivation.
• Have good organisational skills and work to agreed timetables.
• Work as part of a team.
• Be computer literate

Assistance with professional training will be provided with the prospect of working in other areas of professional surveying practice after a period of time.

You will be joining an independent practice of Chartered Building Surveyors & property consultants based near Edgware, North West London who have established good client relationships in residential & commercial sectors.
