Quantity Surveyor – Repairs

Our Client Originated as a family run business and has developed over the past 40 years into a leading contractor within local authorities, health care providers, education clients and social housing. This expansion has been achieved while remaining focused on winning repeat business, securing the majority of work through repeat business.

Following the completion of a large residential new build project in East London our client requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is well versed in repairs to provide price work post snagging period.

The candidate will be required to liaise directly with the building’s owners to offer instant feedback on any repairs that are required. This will range from small works such as replacement door handles up to larger works comparable to refurbishments or disrepair.
Candidates will be expected to manage this work without the need for supervision and will report back to the commercial manager in weekly meetings. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring trends and reporting findings to the building’s owner.
The right candidate will have experience with.

* SOR codes (Preferably NHF v6.1)
* CVR’s
* Performance analysis
* Reporting works carried out and presenting findings
* Commercial administration.

For this responsibility my client is will to pay between 30 – 38K per annum.
