Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
Assistant Quantity Surveyor | £25,000 – £35,000 | Main Contractor | Essex | Permanent
We are looking for a bright and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join one of the busiest main contractors in London and the South-East.
Working on a variety of projects across maintenance, refurbishments, decent homes schemes, internals and externals, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will become part of a large commercial department and play a key role in the business whilst developing their skills.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Ideally degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* Some experience in a quantity surveying capacity within a contractor environment
* Client facing and presentable
* Strong numeracy skills and commercial awareness
* Strong IT skills
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
