We are currently looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based in Cheshire.

Our client is a well established, family run business working on new build, refurbishment and modular installation projects, predominantly within the health care sector.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will:
* Have a minimum 2 years hands on experience in a similar role
* Be ambitious, driven and motivated.
Any experience on health care projects would be an advantage, but is by no means essential.
Main Duties:
* Placement of sub contract orders
* Cost control
* Internal/External valuations
On offer for the Quantity Surveyor is up to £42,000 including package.
