Salary: £26,000 per year
THIS ROLE REQUIRES A FLUENT ARABIC SPEAKER!
Hours: There is shift work at this company. Monday to Friday is can range between 09:30 – 17:30/07:00 – 15:00 and 12:00 – 20:00. You will be required to work 4 weekend days a month over saturdays and sundays.
Salary: £26,000per year
Do you have Customer Service experience and looking to join a busy environment, speaking to customers around the world over the telephone, through emailing and also through a live chat system?
The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, will have excellent written English and will be able to converse with a wide range of customers.
You will be ensuring that you deliver an outstanding shopping experience to every customer, helping them with their needs, placing orders for them, tracking orders, dealing with any enquiries by phone, email and live chat and also identifying potential fraudulent orders.
