The job

This is a Customer Service role where you will be speaking to clients via telephone and email regarding their policies. You will be handling all aspects of communications from customers in regards to policy enquiries, cancelling policies, updating customer details (address, payment methods), initial claim enquiries and general policy and customer enquiries.

Our client is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK so all candidates must pass a credit and CRB check.

All candidates must be;
