Hours of work: 25 Hours – Monday to Friday

Job duties and responsibilities:
Required to conducted Data entry duties on the companies IT systems, answering and making calls to customers updating the internal systems.
Past experience and qualifications required
* Good telephone manner
* Keen to learn
* Basic computer skills
Training:
* Induction, manual handling, cv writing, interview techniques, working in a busy office environment
* Data entry
* Call handling
* Problem solving
* Effective Communication
* Microsoft word and Sage Experience
* Teamwork
