Due to a departmental restructure our client a Commercial Franchise Dealer in the North Gloucestershire area is currently looking to hire two experienced and professional Aftersales Advisors for their busy Aftersales Department!

Job Specification:

Working with the Service and Parts Managers, you would be a valued member of an experienced Aftersales Department and will be responsible for booking work in, over-seeing vehicle repairs/servicing through the workshop, maintaining regular customer contact to update and book future work, supplying both internal and external customers with parts to meet their requirements, and receiving, sorting, and storing parts as they arrive.

Applicant Specification:

The successful candidate would need to be experienced in an Aftersales Department (either in parts or service) and be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Very strong organisational skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge preferable) would be essential as well as someone who is confident and capable of upselling additional work and ancillary products when possible. Liaising with manufacturer to authorise warranty repairs, and a general knowledge of warranty procedures would also be advantageous but is not essential.

For your hard work our client is offering a starting salary of £26,000 per year (negotiable pending experience), a generous bonus scheme, manufacturer training, and fantastic career prospects with an industry leading brand and business. The hours worked are either 7:30AM-4:00PM or 1:30PM or 10:00PM Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota.
