2nd line Support Analyst / Service desk Analyst / Helpdesk Support Analyst required to join a buoyant and remarkably busy Central London based IT consultancy.
This role will cover helpdesk support for remote customers as well as going on-site for project related support when required. Specific responsibilities will include:
– Equipment/software installation and repairs
– Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve system and software related issues
– Ensure IT maintenance to the highest standard
– Record all work and maintain the highest customer service standards
Technologies deployed across this Helpdesk Support, 2nd Line Support role include: MS Windows Server MS Exchange MS SQL Server HP Hardware Mitel IP Systems Cisco (LAN/WAN) Cisco (Security) VMware Firewall/Security SAN/Storage
