1st / 2nd Line Support – IT Service Support Analyst – Technical Support Engineer – Service Desk Engineer – IT Service Desk Analyst – Support Analyst – IT Helpdesk – Faversham, Kent paying up to £30,000 DOE plus Benefits.

I am seeking a 1st / 2nd Line Support – IT Service Support Analyst – Technical Support Engineer – Service Desk Engineer – IT Service Desk Analyst – Support Analyst – IT Helpdesk to join an award winning company in supporting the service desk team. This role would suit someone with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 7 and above, and technical skills to 1st / 2nd line level.

You will be primarily based at the head office in Kent but with on-site work at customers’ premises. The role has a rota pattern within the department to ensure cover between 8am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

The role undertakes a variety of duties, including:

• Providing 1st and 2nd line support across the business
• Providing support for PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, etc.
• Recording and prioritising calls raised and monitoring all queues owned by the IT Service desk

This 1st / 2nd Line Support – IT Service Support Analyst – Technical Support Engineer – Service Desk Engineer – IT Service Desk Analyst – Support Analyst – IT Helpdesk would suit someone with:

• Experience with IT service support and processes
• Working knowledge of PCs, servers, printers and basic networking
• Technical skills to 1st/2nd line level Windows 7 and above
• Customer-focused and friendly
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

This Faversham, Kent based 1st / 2nd Line Support – IT Service Support Analyst – Technical Support Engineer – Service Desk Engineer – IT Service Desk Analyst – Support Analyst – IT Helpdesk position has a salary up to £30,000 DOE plus Benefits.
