2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer

Search Consultancy are currently looking to recruit a 2nd/3rd Line Engineer Support for a leading company in Scunthorpe.

The Engineer will require experience in the following technologies;

3 yrs + support of Windows based OS, including Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008

IT Networking; LAN/WAN, IP addressing, sub netting, routing, TCP/IP,UDP, multicast etc

Good experience of remote and face to face support from prevous roles.

Good understanding of hardware break/fix – printers, scanners, faxes.

Desirable

Exposure to Java and Databases would be advantageous (DBS2, SQL)

Microsoft Certifications, MCSE, MCSA

Exposure to Video conferencing, CCTV experience.
