3rd Line Support Engineer(3rd Line, VMware, Backup, Exchange, AD, Active Directory, Server, SAN,LAN/WAN) – Contract – Manchester

Search IT are currently looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer on a contract basis for our prestigious client based in Manchester.

Skills/Requirements for the 3rd Line Support Engineer:
* Strong 3rd Line Support experience in current and previous roles
* Experience of Active Directory and Windows Server
* Virtualisation experience with a preference for VMware
* Backup experience, any make would be useful
* Strong experience of MS Exchange
* Desktop technologies like Windows 7 & 8

Desirable Skills:
* Citrix knowledge/experience
* SAN Storage

Start date is ASAP

The 3rd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for providing 2nd & 3rd Line Support to the business and its various offices, deploying hardware and software across the company and also assisting with IT projects when needed.
