1st Line Support Technician – Mansfield
A client of ours in Mansfield are now looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their close-knit and friendly team on a permanent basis. The role will primarily involve providing technical support to users (including hardware, software, phone systems and infrastructure), answering incoming technical queries, maintaining systems and keeping accurate records/updating databases.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 – 2 years of experience within IT who has a genuine interest in technology and is looking for an environment offering fantastic training and development.
Technical knowledge should involve some of the following:
- Windows 7/10
- Active Directory
- VoIP
- Exchange
- Microsoft Office Suite including 365
- Excellent communication skills
- Mobile device management
- Patching
