Established more than 20 years ago, our client has quickly grown to become one of the UK’s leading providers of enterprise mobility solutions.
They are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Support Desk Advisor to join the team. The main responsibility for this role is to provide hardware support and software support to external clients for mobile applications developed by the company. You will offer advice and support via telephone, email and company forum, as well as testing of both in-house and third party software for mobile devices. It also includes escalation management and customer relationship management.
This is a new position created as a result of increased business and the successful candidate will work alongside the Support Team Leader and other Support Desk Advisors.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a 1st line support role, and have experience working within an IT / technology environment. We are looking for an excellent communicator, who is confident to deal with people at all levels, and who has good attention to detail. The ability to work under pressure and as part of a team is also essential for the role.
German language skills are advantageous though not essential for the role.
