Our highly talented and forward thinking IT Support Team provide technical solutions to our head office and store colleagues throughout the UK. To further strengthen the team, we would like to invite an ‘up and coming’ 1st Line Support Analyst to join us in our quest to deliver excellent service.

Key areas of the role will include:

  • Identifying and logging software, hardware and networking issues
  • Often in tandem with 2nd line support, work towards fast and sustainable resolutions
  • Proactively communicate with the all parties involved to manage expectations
  • Building PCs and laptops and supporting with networking
  • Supporting end users with guidance to help improve user ability
  • Playing an active role in helping the IT team develop their service delivery to the business

You’ll need to have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft operating systems and you’ll enjoy diagnosing and solving challenging issues as well as the day to day user support. This is a busy role that will operate between 7.00am and 7.00pm but typically 9am to 5.30pm and support the team by taking part in the on-call rota.

It’s a fast paced environment, so to be one of us you need to be quick-thinking, proactive and flexible in your approach, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
