1st Line Support Technician – Graduates & School Leavers Considered

We are seeking a talented and committed 1st Line Support Technician to perform a key role in assisting clients with remote desktop support issues.

You will be offered a basic salary of £17,000 p.a. plus bonuses. Other benefits include funded Microsoft Certified training plus other training programs of all levels to enhance your skills, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, and a great opportunity for further career development.

Personal Attributes & Experience:
*Some basic experience working in an IT Support related role or IT related education
*A strong interest in IT, computers and technology
*Exceptional telephone communication skills and good written ability
*Good head for prioritisation and time management
*Experience/knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, Virtualisation, Firewalls, Broadband and Networking would be very advantageous

The Role:
*Providing technical troubleshooting and evaluation of IT issues from clients
*Responding to clients via phone or email
*Resolving tickets remotely and providing first class customer service

Working Hours: Office based Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm OR 9:00am – 6:00pm (alternating weekly).
