1st Line Help Desk Support Engineer

Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Salary: Up to £21,000 + Benefits

About the Role:

*You will provide 1st line infrastructure support to their end users.
*Handle service requests from end-users by either support ticket, phone call or face to face – all
requests to be documented as a support ticket.
*Respond to and update tickets in IT service management tool. Prioritise own workload accordingly.
*Escalate problems to the 2nd line team.

Key Skills Required:

*IT support experience in a similar sized environment
*Windows OS environment
*Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
*The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
*Good communication and team-working skills
*Active Directory experience
*Windows server experience
