1st / 2nd Line Application Support Technician

Avanti Recruitment is currently working with a successful software house looking for a 1st /2nd line Application support technician with a knowledge of the insurance sector.

***knowledge of the Insurance software and systems created by the company to be able to support clients use and functionality

Knowledge Required:

Knowledge and understanding of the following are favourable.

1. MS Office products
2. Ability to write and execute SQL Server scripts (although training can be given to suitable candidate)
3. Familiarity with Server Operating Systems and Server Apps (Exchange, SQL, Active Directory) familiarity, and ability to identify initial issues
4. Knowledge of Server and desktop hardware plus storage concepts.

All staff in the company are at the very least expected to be competent with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook as may be required for the efficient performance of their role

Salary:£36,000 – £54,000
