Salary: £14.4 – £19.2 per hour
About this Role:
My client is looking to recruit a freelance construction site based Administrator/Assistant or junior Quantity surveyor for a contract position starting immediately for the right person.
This position will suit a candidate with previous site experience whom is keen to learn and have a proactive approach to working on site.
The duties will include data input, record keeping and general administration. You work alongside an experienced commercial manager and of course the duties will expand based on the candidate`s capabilities.
You are required to hold a driving license and have access to a car in order to get to the site compound which is slightly remote. You will also be required to hold a CSCS card.
About the Company/Client/Project:
The company are a privately owned specialist civil engineering company that carry out the construction of concrete paving, safety barriers, drainage systems and kerbing.
Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
The position will suit a candidate with previous site administration/secretarial experience or junior/trainee quantity surveyor. It would also be beneficial to have a car in order to get to site which is in a remote location. Also a CSCS card holder in order to access the construction site.
Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
