Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leader in Civils and Structures is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

This is a challenging and exciting role working for a leader in the field.

Role specifications for the Senior Quantity Surveyor –

* Providing technical estimates for both internal and external customers

* Creating valuations for submission and agreement on a monthly basis

* Assessing variations and preparing evaluations

* Re-measurement for interim and final accounts

* Preparing Financial forecasts and monthly costing reports

* Handling sub-contractor accounts including the sanctioning of payments

* Reducing financial risk to the business

* Manage two juniors and two Quantity Surveyors

* Other aligned duties

Candidate requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor –

* Quantity Surveying experience – Civils, structures or construction

* Experience of working with NEC

* Excellent communication skills

The senior quantity surveyor role has a highly competitive salary ranging from £60,000 – £66,000 per annum + Company Car + Private Health Care and good pension.
