Property Manager (Canary Wharf)

Are you an experiences Property Manager with over six-months of sector knowledge? This is a fast-paced position to join one of the quickest growing corporate property agents in the city. The successful candidate will have drive, aspiration to progress and be able to bring personal professionalism to the work place. An eagerness for involvement and a working knowledge of this busy sector would be ideal for this position within Property Management.

Character Profile:
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about his/hers industry and have a high-standards of customer service. The ability to be personable whilst being able to defuse difficult situations will come ad-hoc for this person within Property Management. Vision to move forward, to progress as an individual as well as a team-driven professional will be amongst key attributes. Timekeeping and organisation of highest order will also be notable character preferences.

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

Respond to communications from landlords and residents

Serviced apartment staff liaison and management

Instruction, Monitoring and liaison with regular maintenance contractors

Managing corporate tenants in a professional manner from start to finish

Complaint handling

Refurbishment requests and enquiries

Package:
Basic: 22-23k (dependant on experience)
Hours: Week A; 9-6pm (Monday-Friday) Week B; 1-9pm (Monday-Friday) Occasional Saturdays; 10-6pm
