Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

Staff Partners Regen has an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading provider of housing within the social housing sector.

Job Duties

• Project Managing procurement of services and projects
• Analysing data and providing recommendations for best value for money
• Providing risk, value management, and cost estimates
• Providing elemental cost planning documentation for projects
• Preparing tender documents
• Providing advice on contract particulars, requirements, claims & disputes

What you Need:

• Minimum of 3yrs experience Quantity Surveying and/or Project Management Qualification (CIOB/RICS)
• IT literate and proficient in MS Office with competence in using Excel
• Strong commercial knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills
• Previous relevant experience within construction and/or social housing
• Working knowledge of various forms of construction contracts
• Understanding of current building safety & compliance and health and safety regulations
