Our client based in Northampton is looking for a number of Customer Service and sales Agents to join their expanding team.
This Temp to Perm Customer Service and Sales Role offers a fantastic career opportunity.
Duties will include;
* Managing inbound calls
* Updating computer systems
* Working towards targets
* searching for up selling opportunities
* Offering excellent customer service
* Delivering sales results by providing high level customer interaction and strong negotiation skills
Experience:
Customer Services experience in a similar position/commercial environment is essential.
The opening hours of the site are Monday to Saturday between 8.30am to 8.00pm.
Please note that a credit check and criminal checks will take place before successful candidates start.
