My client is looking for an experience telesales account executive for a remote role that they currently have.
The role of Inside Telesales Account Executive focuses on renewing and re-establishing new business from existing accounts. The Inside telesales Account Executive will generate new business by handling inbound sales calls and making outbound calls to existing customers. So, they are looking for a proactive and ambitious, goal-oriented candidate, someone who has a passion for speaking to customers and then building a relationship with them. With the ability to upsell and cross sell.
Responsibilities
* To receive inbound calls for new products
* To make outbound sales calls to existing customers
* Establishing dormant accounts
* Renewing old contracts
* Building rapport with customers
* Upselling and cross selling
