Telesales Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesale Executive to join one of the UK’s leading providers of extended warranty and finance insurance products into the motor trade based in Sheffield. In return, we offer a competitive salary, 28 days holiday, uncapped commission and a realistic OTE.

The Telesales Executive will report to the Outbound Sales Manager and will be responsible for professionally offering a range of insured products to members of the public by means of outbound telephone calling.

The Telesales Executive’s role will include:
Generate revenue in line with personal and business targets remaining compliant at all times
Identify and close any additional sales as and when the opportunity arises
Realise the importance of Client needs and ensure calls are handled professionally
Contribute ideas for improvement to enhance both personal and team performance
Participate in training and development to enhance personal performance
Establish and maintain high levels of customer service both externally and internally
Take personal daily responsibility for sales performance
Support the Sales Team Leader with respect to the coaching and support of less experienced team members

The essential qualities for the Telesales Executive are:
Previous telesales experience ideally selling insurance products
A successful sales track record
A Passion for sales and target driven
Self-motivated / self-starter attitude
Good telephone manner
IT literate

The salary is £26,000 per year plus £10 per sale. Uncapped, realistic OTE £18k.

The hours of work are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 11.00-20.00 and 11.30-20.30. You will not be required to work weekends or bank holidays.

This role would suit an experienced Telesales Executive, Outbound Sales Advisor, Sales Representative, Call Centre Sales Advisor or Contact Centre Sales Executive.
