Our client, a busy and thriving business, known for their excellent Customer Service skills, are currently recruiting 9 Customer Service Administrators to join their busy office. This role would suit an individual looking to progress their career in a supportive organisation.

ROLE PURPOSE Your role is to assist in ensuring that all communications generated by retailers/customers receive a professional and courteous service, which exceeds their expectations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES · To gain knowledge of the terms, conditions and exceptions of each type of warranty/service provided by the Company.

· Taking inbound calls from internal and external customers

· Making outbound calls to internal and external customers

· Answering customer queries via telephone, email and fax

· Inputting data into the in-house computer systems and keeping details up to date

· Administration of claims including letters to internal and external customers

· Ensure that correct knowledge of claims/policies are up to date and correct

· General housekeeping duties for example scanning and photocopying

· To gain a knowledge of all the claims procedures in place for each warranty programme

· To assist where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the department

· Understand and operate the Continuous Customer Network Model ensuring the culture, customer service and continuous improvement elements are upheld.

EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED · A working knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel).

· GCSE Maths and English at grade C and above or an intermediate GNVQ or an NVQ level 2.

· The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. Using whole numbers, common fractions, percentages and decimals.

· The ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
