Mechanical Draughtsperson

Salary: £14.4 – £16.8 per hour

Busy specialist engineering business requires talented detail draughtspeople with strong pedigree in mechanical enginnering / drawing production.

Key Skills & Requirements:

* Working along the Design Team to generate / revise production drawings

* Drawing equipment and foundations for items such as doors, tender davits, stairs/ladders and canopies and other similar deck hardware.

* Liaising across various production and trades to resolve conflicts

* Liaise with production engineers to handover work instructions for the build process

* Creation of documentation for technical files and O & M manuals

Software Experience:
– AutoCAD 2D / LT – Essential
– AutoCAD Inventor – Desirable

This role is a contract position for up to 6 months. There may be a permanent job opportunity as things progress. This job is inside IR35.
