Parkinson Gray Associates are the leading Yorkshire-based Building Services recruitment business working with contractors and consultancies. We have been engaged by our Client to assist them with their recruitment for an experienced and senior Mechanical Contract Manager, with the potential for the role to develop into Operational Management.

This is a well-known MEP contractor in the Yorkshire region with a busy order book and plans for expansion over the next few years. As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be involved in more than project delivery on large-scale HVAC installations (this Client is heavily involved in the student accommodation market). You will manage a team of Project Managers who themselves are profit and loss responsible.

We are looking for proven building services professional with a mechanical bias (HVAC) for this role. You will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of project delivery on large (£multi million) schemes, gained either within a major national tier one or, perhaps more likely, one of the larger independent MEP contractors in the region.

This is the kind of role that will offer significant career progression for a Project Manager who is looking to step into a management role. Initially managing a team of Project Managers, our Client is looking for someone who has the capacity, in time, to take a step even further into Operational Management as this Client develops its long-term strategy.
