Mechanical Engineer

Salary: £72 per hour

We are currently recruiting for two experienced Mechanical Engineers for an Onshore LNG Project for a circa 20 month contract role. 

Roles available:

1 x Rotating Mechanical Engineer

1 x Static Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer is to form part of the team for an onshore LNG FEED.

As a Mechanical Engineer you are to provide a PMC oversight and guidance service for the FEED of a greenfield LNG production facility.

Requirements;

• Experience working rotating equipment in LNG service.
• Proficiency in MS teams and standard MS office software.
• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
• A minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the offshore/onshore Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.
• At least five (5) years of experience in similar position in a mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects (project value more than 5 billion), managing team of Specialists, Senior Engineers and Engineers.

Previous PMC experience, and experience with ADNOC an advantage.

Job Details:

This is a c20 month contract role with a rate of £72 p/h (Limited Co rate) – 40 hrs per week. 

The role is expected to fall outside of IR35 but is subject to a pre-contract assessment
