Financial Accountant

Salary: £48,000 per year

As a result of recent growth across the business; we are currently on the search for a Financial Accountant to join the impressive finance function based in West London.

Reporting into the Financial Controller (EMEA), this position of Financial Accountant will be involved in the period-end close and performing required balance sheet reconciliations, in addition you will also be producing the statutory accounts for both UK and overseas entities.

Further tasks include:

Support month end close, including all intercompany postings and producing the monthly Group reporting pack

Production of VAT returns for all UK entities

Support budget and forecasting process

Support FC and operational finance with process, controls and metrics

Production of weekly cash flow forecasts

Carry out adhoc duties as required to support the finance function and wider team as required
The ideal candidate will be part qualified (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) or equivalent with hands-on financial accounting experience. You’ll be ambitious with the aptitude and desire to expand on your technical accounting knowledge. You’ll have an understanding of IFRS & UK GAAP along with excellent IT skills and a resilient nature.
