Financial Accountant

Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

A well-recognised international business are looking to appoint a Financial Accountant to their finance team. This client operates a hybrid working pattern which will be adopted beyond the lockdown measures easing. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone that is looking for their fist move into an Industry & Commerce role from Practice.

Financial Accountant – About The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be assuming responsibility for the position of Financial Accountant. Within this role it will offer a hybrid working pattern of working from home 3 days per work and be based in the office for 2 days per week.

This position will be working within an established finance team and therefore looking for someone that is an independent and established individual.

You will be responsible for the statutory reporting and liaising with the external auditors and pick up the HMRC matters for this client including the consolidated accounts for submission to their head office and treasury management.

Whilst this role is taking the lead within the financial accounts you will also support in the preparation of the management accounts, particularly within the stock reporting, supporting the Financial Controller with this reporting expectations.

The successful Financial Accountant will have:

Qualified within either CIMA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent

You will have previous experience of working within industry

Ideally worked within a company that you have reported on subsidiaries and reported to Group outside of the UK.
