An opportunity has arisen to join a professional financial services company in the Brighton area as an Advisor Support Team Leader. As an Advisor Support Team Leader your role will be to work closely with the Advisor Support manager to ensure the smooth running of the Administration Events team and the Brighton operation as a whole, that objectives are set effectively for team members, both personal and team targets are reviewed, monitored, audited, evaluated and reported on a regular basis as well as ensure that the Customer Care Service Standards are adhered to at all times by team members and work closely with the Client Services Team Leader and ensure good communication between the two departments.

Accountabilities:

*To be the first point of contact for all administration/event queries from direct reports and the Lighthouse Financial Advice advisor team.

*To lead weekly team meetings with all Advisor Support Officers.

*To ensure that the Advisor Support Department is available to customers between 9-00 a.m. and 5-30 p.m., Monday to Friday

*To monitor all areas relating to staff attendance, including dept. rotas, holiday sign off and flexitime

*To work alongside Manager in all aspects of people management including: recruitment of new team members, disciplinary, grievance & leavers.

*To conduct monthly 1:1’s with all Advisor Support Officers

*To ensure all event attendees are passed to Client Service’s within the agreed time frame/process.

*To help with training of new starters in the department

*Undertake any other reasonable duties and special projects as requested
