As an Application Support Analyst, you will provide 2nd line support on the company’s line of business applications and, where required, assist in training users. You will also ensure that application support documentation and user guides are kept up to date. Other duties will include the provision of project admin support to the Project team.

With a passion, and, a good understanding of IT generally, the essential requirements for this role are, integrity, reliability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good problem solving capabilities and a good understanding of PC setup and MS office, specifically Excel.

Working with an established team, this would suit an experienced IT support person who would like to progress in to business systems rather than Tech PC/Server. It could also appeal to a Business or IT Graduate with at least 12 months work experience in a business role and a passion for IT now seeking a career change into IT.
