Salary: £27,300 per year
Team leader required to work for a Blue Chip company at a major manufacturing site in Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity to forge a long term career in a fantastic working environment.
As team leader, you will be based at their manufacturing site near Sudbury, and be responsible for supervising teams of up to 15, planning and allocating work, and ensuring all team members are working to standard. You will also be responsible for health and safety, and escalating any engineering, quality or material supply issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a team leader or supervisory role, working in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment. You will also be able to commute daily to the Glemsford, Suffolk area.
In return you will receive an excellent starting salary of up to £27,300plus an impressive benefits package, working Monday-Friday on a rotating 3 shift pattern.
