Are you a Regional Sales Manager, Branch Sales Manager or Product Sales Manager in industrial tooling that wants to take that step into a bigger management role?

Or perhaps you’re a Sales and Marketing Manager that’s working for the wrong business?

We are retained to recruit a Sales and Marketing Manager position for a business that designs, manufactures and distributes a range of industrial equipment, tools and consumables to the automotive, aerospace, rail, off highway, defence, power, civil engineering and general fabrication industries. They sell through distribution and to end user and will sell to OEM’s and Tiered supply.

The Candidate | What Are We Looking For?

Following a tough 2-year period that has seen supply chain disruption and a number of unforeseen issues, the focus for the business is back to growth. To accelerate this growth further they would like to bring in a highly capable Sales and Marketing Manager that can add to the strength of the leadership team.

To be considered your must meet the following criteria:

• Have managed an internal sales team or have experience in internal sales, setting structure discipline and meaningful KPI’s.
• Currently, or in the recent past, have experience of selling to at least 2 of their target markets, selling industrial tools, equipment or consumables.
• Able to demonstrate sales leadership qualities and develop a sales and marketing plan.

This role will require some onsite management of an internal sales team so you must be close enough to Stevenage to visit site.
